Cheeseboards made from the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge putlogs. These unique serving boards are historic pieces of wood dating back to 1946. The boards are made from the best Oregon timber imported from Canada supplied by the Department of Main Roads, NSW in 1946. Originally used as part of the scaffolding planks for the maintenance of the bridge pylons. The timber has been recycled and handcrafted into a serving board with a stunning history. Each board has a dark side and a light side as the original timber has been sliced in half (refer 30cm photo)
There are Limited Edition Boards which have the original stamp from “Roads and Traffic Authority” RTA.
Each board is uniquely handcrafted from recycled timber and the actual product may vary from the photo. Photos are for illustration purposes only.
